1Breadcrumb is our contractor management system used across our Residential Projects.  1Breadcrumb is an essential tool as it streamlines communication, tracks performance, manages risks, and enhances project outcomes.  

We use 1Breadcrumb to:

•    Onboard contractors and collect the necessary documentation required for working with us.
•    Check-in and check-out Contractors, Visitors and Staff at our sites.
•    Ensure that everyone on site is properly inducted, and are safety compliant.
•    Collect and sign off on any required documentation for site access.
•    Track who is on site during emergencies and manage evacuation processes.
•    Publish site-specific announcements.

Procore provides exceptional document management, serving as a central hub for information that every project team member can collaborate on.  Using Procore reduces downtime, ensures faster responses to RFIs, enhances visibility, and fosters a more integrated organisation.

Procore’s cloud-based functionality enables access from any web browser, tablet, or smartphone, making it easier to obtain information on the go.
