1Breadcrumb is our contractor management system currently being implemented in a phased rollout across our Residential Projects. It is crucial because 1Breadcrumb streamlines communication, tracks performance, and manages risks, all while boosting project outcomes. 1Breadcrumb has the added benefit of staying compliant with regulations.

We will use 1Breadcrumb to:
•    Onboard contractors and collect required documentation.
•    Check into and out of sites.
•    Ensure people on site are properly inducted.
•    Ensure any documentation required for being on site has been collected and signed off by site workers where needed.
•    Know who's on site in an emergency and run evacuations.
•    Publish any site-specific announcements.

In an effort to streamline our projects, Fletcher Living will utilize Procore as out construction management software system.

Procore will deliver exceptional document management, providing a central hub for information that every team member of the project can collaborate around. The usage of Procore will lead to reduced downtime, quicker responses to RFI’s, improved visibility, and a more integrated organisation. Because of its cloud-based functionality, it can be utilised from any web browser, tablet, or smartphone, making acquiring information on the fly a lot easier.
